Was a Champion Bodybuilder for 20 Years, and I Still Had a Heart Attack Without Knowing It. Here's What It Taught Me About Getting Lean, Strong, and Healthy After 45.

One-on-one nutrition and training coaching to get lean, strong, and healthy after 45, built around your busy schedule.

From Louie Magnone

Let me ask you something.

When was the last time you felt good in your own body? Not "fine." Good.

Because I know the person reading this. You work hard. Long days, early mornings, a lot of people counting on you, at work and at home. Meals happen in the car, at your desk, or standing in the kitchen, if they happen at all.

By the time the day is done, the last thing you have energy for is a workout.
You know you need to change. You've known for a while.

You've started over more Mondays than you can count. And after 45, it feels like everything got harder. The weight comes on easier, comes off slower, and your energy isn't what it used to be.

I want to tell you a story about why it matters to deal with it now.

I competed as a bodybuilder for over 20 years. I won my last two shows overall in 2014. Three months later, my wife and I opened our store. Our team was named NPC Best Team of the Year six years in a row, and I've coached hundreds of men and women through their transformations.

I trained every single day. From the outside, I was the picture of health.

⚠️ Then I Had a Heart Attack Inside My Own Store. And I Didn’t Even Know It.

It was 2020, in the middle of COVID. I felt it happen, and I pushed through it like I pushed through everything else.

The next day I went in thinking it was COVID. They told me it was a heart attack and rushed me to the hospital. I spent four days there alone. My wife couldn’t even visit because of the lockdown.

The tests said it was stress, and years of running my body into the ground. I got my heart and blood pressure under control. Then I developed type 2 diabetes. I spent three and a half years on insulin, morning and night.

I was in the gym every day for 25 years, and I still didn’t see it coming. Looking fit and being healthy are not the same thing.

So think about someone who’s working long hours, taking care of everyone else, eating on the run, and hasn’t trained consistently in years. What’s going on underneath for them?

Last year, I decided to rebuild myself the right way. I changed how I ate, how I trained, and how I lived. I went from 230 pounds down to a lean 210, and my diabetes reversed.

Today I’m 53, and I’m healthier than I was at 45 and 260 pounds.

That’s why I coach men and women over 45. Busy people who know they can do better, but don’t have the time to figure it out and are tired of starting over alone.

You don’t need more willpower. You need a plan that fits your life, and someone in your corner who won’t let you quit. That’s what I do. Because strong has no age limit.

Be Honest With Yourself For A Second

You’ve heard my story. Now let’s talk about yours. For most people over 45, it doesn’t happen all at once. There’s no single moment where you let yourself go. It’s the rushed meals, the afternoon crashes, the doctor’s warnings you meant to deal with later. Little by little, it adds up. Be honest. How many of these sound like you?

"If you're on the fence, just go. It's that simple"

"The ROI on this event is incalculable. I've spent thousands on therapy trying to figure out why I kept repeating the same mistakes in my relationships. Tim and his team got to the root in hours, not years. If you're on the fence, just go. It's that simple."

One Final Word

I trained every day for 25 years and it still took a heart attack to wake me up. I don't want that to be your wake up call.

You've spent years taking care of everyone else: your work, your family, the people who count on you. This is about taking care of the person they're counting on. Being here, feeling good, and keeping up at 60 and 70.

You don't have to figure it out alone. Let's talk.
